Cloud notes questions
Yes. Creating, editing and organizing notes does not require a separate note subscription. Storage used by note content, images and attachments is counted inside the main OKPAN cloud capacity.
Uploaded images and attachments are saved in the corresponding OKPAN cloud-drive directory. The note references or previews them, and the files continue to use main-drive capacity.
Yes. The editor can open a cloud-file selector, browse folders, search files and insert a selected file into the note without uploading it again.
OK Notes supports long-form content, notebooks, tags, images, attachments, cloud files and sharing. Cloud sticky notes are designed only for lightweight text, tasks and temporary records and do not support attachments.
Yes. Note sharing can include access permissions, validity, generated passwords and QR codes. Validity options can include 7 days, 60 days, 180 days and permanent access.
